This is a very simple one and does not require your labia to be too big…it can be any size but needs to be big enough to spread appropriately.

How to do it?

• For this form, all you need to do is stretch out both the sides of the labia outward and upward to form the shape of the heart. Here the top of both the sides will represent the two tops of the heart and where both the sides meet at the bottom will be where the heart ends.
• You will need some practice to get the shape right though; let your labia hang in its original form first.
• Then sit down with your legs spread apart and hold each outer lip with your hands-on that side.
• Open the outer lips horizontally using your middle or ring fingers.
• Then use the index and thumb fingers to stretch at the top to make the shape.
• In the beginning, the shape may not look much like a heart and you will need to then adjust the pull and the positioning of the fingers to make it look like that.

It is fairly simple but can be made very interesting. A few things you can do to make this shape look like a real heart, and make it more creative:

• Paint it red with the outer lips completely covered in the color.
• You can add various designs to it, painting a message across the heart-shaped labia is a very popular choice.
